Returns

Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds

Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Items returned that are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, and handle all associated shipping costs.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
